Films/videos 15 minutes max.
Submissions should be received as full resolution quicktime format on Data DVD (Authored DVDs accepted, but not preferred.)
Acceptable submissions include: short films including asbtract/experimental/ animated, music videos, documentaries, trailers
Submission deadline is August 1, 2013. (Late entries accepted at $20 until August 10, 2013) SUBMISSION BY PAYPAL/MAIL
